We LOVE Autumn, it’s not quite cold enough to stop wearing our Gluteywear shorts... but is quite cold enough to get away with oversized hoodies and leggings for the majority of the time!
Breakfast on an Autumn morning... As the mornings become colder, a warm breakfast is a must! We have put together a quick and easy recipe to start your morning.
- 40 grams of oats
- 200ml almond milk (more/less depending on your preference)
- 1/2 an apple
- Teaspoon of cinnamon
- 10-15g walnuts Optional
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

Hot chocolate season is here.. As the nights become darker sooner, once we have finished a long day at work or a gruelling workout, we want to cosy up on the sofa with a cup of hot chocolate or a chai tea! Switch your hot chocolates to the Options hot chocolates at just 40kcal a cup, you’re really saving on those calories, as long as you exclude the cream and marshmallows 😉

Save the calories on the coffee! As the pumpkin spice latte calls your name.. make some small changes to save you on those extra calories!
- Ask for no cream
- Ask for a ‘skinny latte’ – This is just made with skimmed milk rather than whole
- Ask for sugar free syrup (they sell a range of flavours) This could cut your drinks calories down by over half!
