Need to return an item?
We accept all merchandise that has not been worn and still has the tag attached. We do not accept returns on items that were ordered more than 30 days ago.
Please understand that each return is dealt with on an individual basis and in rare situations that restocking fees and charges might apply.
- We only except an exchange to UK residents for a size exchange on the same coloured product.
- We do not accept returns on sale items.
- We do not accept returns on any international orders. All international sales are final.
- We do not accept returns on any worn items or items without tags still attached.
- We do not accept returns on any items that were ordered over 28 days.
- We do not accept returns on white items.
- We do not accept returns on underwear and bikini bottoms
- All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken
Unfortunately at present we do not offer exchanges. We want to make our returns as efficient as possible so we only offer refunds.
We aim to have your items refunded as fast as possible so that you can reorder your favourite items as quick as possible.
If you need a different size or colour of an item, you will need to place a new order. We will always notify you via email when we have processed your refund.
